wellness

so, later on today in school in wellness, me favourite class \(^_^)/ we did a health exam. It was easy calculating the amount of activity you get in one week and all that jazz. Then we did the body exam (horror movie doom music in background) (O.O). I was really worried about it, because of my evil conscious telling me i'm fat. Well, anyways, we had to get weighed and measured. According to today's wellness class I'm: 5 feet and 6 inches tall, 112 pounds, with a BMI of 18.1 in the 25th percentile, and my measurements are 34-24-34.5. I guess I'm kind of relieved because that is a perfectly normal weight for my height and age. I still think I'm fat, though. Can't help that. Since sixth grade it's been implanted in my brain because apparently I have a trace of fat genes in my blood (URG! damn you mum!). Yeah, so some girls started getting upset and mad because their BMI said that they were overweight. From what I could see they weren't overweight. They had to have been not more than 130-140 pounds. A lot of the girls that were classified as overweight had healthy weight measurements. What is up with that??? I don't know, but some were big boned or muscular. Does muscle weight more than fat? I don't know, actually i do know. A couple years ago, I was really athletic. I did strength training and light weights everyday. I don't think I could pinch half an inch off my thighs. I was really fit. I weighed 120 pounds and i was 5'2". I wasn't fat though. I wore a 1-3 in juniors jeans. But according to my BMI and doctor I was fat. Well at that time I was ending puberty so I did gain weight, but I wasn't fat. So why did my BMI say so? I guess muscle does weight more than fat. Now, though, I guess I kinda stretched out, Haha. I grew four inches and and lost seven pounds. Those seven pounds were probably solid muscle. Can you lose muscle? Well, if that's possible then that's probably the case because I have barely any muscle at all. I have some lean muscle, but mostly it's??? i don't know?? a thin layer of fatty material on top of my tiny amount of muscle. Well anyways I've lost weight again. I was 115 pounds this summer and my measurements were 34-25-35. That brings up another topic (i'm very talkative today, haha!). My uncle says I've gained weight. But that's not true because I've lost weight. I'm oh so very confused O.o.
