Okay, so I know I rarely ever blog about food, but I have found an amazing recipe for some wicked smoothies! They are both amazing and new and very healthy for you! What's not to love? If you like trying cool, new things and like smoothies then you should totally try these recipes! (^_^)
Apple Nutmeg Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 7 ounces of apple juice
- 7 ounces of coconut milk
- 1/4 a teaspoon grated nutmeg
Lime Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 a cup of lime (sliced)
- 3/4 a cup of low fat milk
- 1 cup of low fat lime sherbet
- 1/2 a cup of raspberries
- 2 cups of ice
Healthy Green Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 2 huge handfuls of spinach (you won't taste it, don't worry)
- 1 cup milk (soy or almond is better)
- 1/4 a teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
